Before discovering her consultant persona, Susan was a political animal, working as Policy Advisor in the European Parliament and a German political foundation on EU and transatlantic issues. She holds a BA/MA in International Politics from the American University in Washington, DC.

Susan is a Director in our Brussels Office.
A member of our Government Relations, Policy & Advocacy team, she advises clients and associations in a range of sectors including sustainability, industry, chemicals and consumer goods on strategic positioning, advocacy and interest representation on regulatory issues. With a specialization in sustainability policy, including the EU Green Deal and Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, she helps clients develop compelling advocacy strategies around regulatory procedures and issues.
Before joining, she worked as a Policy Advisor for two Members of the European Parliament. Prior to that she worked for a German political foundation on EU and transatlantic issues. She obtained her BA and MA in International Politics at the American University in Washington, DC.
Susan is fluent in German, English, Dutch and Spanish and understands French
