Worked with a variety of media clients, ranging from the Metropolitan Opera Guild to Outside Magazine, and received a graduate degree in U.S. History (Civil War Era), focusing on memoirs written by generals.

Life Beyond FGS Global

Can be found traveling abroad (or planning her next trip). When home, baking sourdough bread with her husband and spoiling her cat.

Suzanne is a Director in the New York Office. She advises clients on a wide variety of transactions and special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, litigation, IPO and SPAC transactions, activist defense work, executive changes, as well long-term corporate positioning and investor relations programs.

Recent notable representations include AspenTech in its strategic transaction with Emerson; PropertyGuru and Grab Holdings in their SPAC mergers and subsequent listings; Bed, Bath & Beyond, Genesco and Cracker Barrel in connection with shareholder activism matters; Daewoong Pharmaceuticals in its case before the U.S. International Trade Commission; Qualcomm in its defense against Broadcom's hostile takeover bid; and Veritas Capital and Oaktree Capital Management on corporate positioning, transaction-related communications and portfolio company support.

Suzanne has extensive experience working with clients on financial restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. Representative restructuring projects include working with Nordic Aviation Capital, NPC International, Acosta and Clover Technologies Group on their respective Chapter 11 processes; and PG&E's Board of Directors on its Chapter 11 filing, executive changes and litigation stemming from California wildfires.

Earlier in her career, Suzanne worked for The Rosen Group, a full-service public relations firm in New York, supporting mostly media clients.

Suzanne is a graduate of Columbia University, where she received her Bachelor's degree in U.S. History, and the University of Oxford, where she was awarded a Master of Studies degree in U.S History.
