Thea Bichmann

Thea has a background in corporate finance, having worked both in Investment Banking and Private Equity. She is based in FGS Global’s Frankfurt office, where she works with German and international blue-chip companies, private equity firms and non-listed companies.

Thea has worked on a variety of M&A transactions including private, public, domestic and cross-border deals as well as other capital market transactions. She advises clients on corporate and financial communications, capital markets transactions and strategic positioning. In addition, she handles media relations on behalf of clients with a special focus on the private equity sector.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Thea worked for BC Partners as Investment Professional, Fresenius in the Corporate Development and M&A department and Deutsche Bank in Investment Banking (M&A and ECM). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Mannheim and studied abroad at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
