Tobias Eberle joined FGS Global in 2025 as a Director in the Transaction & Financial Communications practice. Based in Frankfurt, he co-leads the financial restructuring practice for Continental Europe.
He advises listed and private companies across a variety of industries on strategic stakeholder communications during high-pressure situations, including activist defense, takeover defense, M&A, financial restructuring, litigation, and public campaigns.
Before joining FGS Global, Tobias worked for 13 years at a German boutique consultancy known as the go-to partner for hedge funds and activist shareholders in Germany. He advised activist shareholders on multiple campaigns targeting MDAX- and DAX-listed companies and has extensive experience in M&A, private equity, investor relations, litigation, financial and operational restructuring as well as real estate. He started his career in 2009 as a Consultant in an Investor Relations consultancy.
