Tom is an Associate Director in FGS Global’s Strategic Communications Division, serving a diverse range of clients with strategic counsel and written materials such as op-eds, talking-point memos, fact sheets, and press releases.
In 2022, Tom served as Communications Director for Vermont Lt. Gov. Molly Gray’s campaign for the U.S. House, one of the most intensely-followed contests in recent Vermont political history. In that role, he guided the campaign’s media strategy, led development of campaign policy positions, and prepared the Lt. Gov. for forums, debates, and press interviews.
Tom originally joined FGS Global in 2020 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE).
A native Vermonter, Tom’s first internship came during high school in the office of then-Governor Peter Shumlin. Tom has also held fellowships at FactCheck.org and the PR agency Golin.
