Tom supports clients in anticipating and engaging in the European policy and regulatory agenda. He has a particular focus on energy and industrial policy and the role of financial services.
Prior to FGS Tom worked at senior levels in the UK and Austrian governments on economic development, before spending a further decade as a consultant to multinational firms and investors in London and Brussels.
