Vanessa Wiley is the Director of Employee Communications & Engagement at FGS Global, where she focuses on global internal communications and engagement initiatives that connect employees to the firm’s culture, strategy and priorities.
Vanessa brings more than 11 years of experience in internal and corporate communications across industries including fashion, financial services, healthcare and technology. Prior to joining FGS Global, she held communications roles at Tommy Hilfiger, Citi, Mount Sinai Health System and Jabil, where she partnered with executives and cross-functional teams to build and execute internal communications strategies across culture, change and transformation initiatives.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of South Florida.
