Xavier is a Director in the Paris office. Since joining the firm, he has advised public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, take-private, divestitures and restructurings. Xavier has also provided strategic support on corporate positioning, litigation and crisis situations. He has particular experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, energy, utilities and automotive, among others.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Xavier worked at Brunswick and Sard Verbinnen in Paris and London where he advised clients on corporate and financial communications as well as public affairs issues. He started his career as a strategy analyst to a Group Executive Board Member at Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation.
Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Strategy, Organizations & Governance from Paris Dauphine University. In addition to English and French, he speaks Spanish.
