Tell us about a typical day

My typical day involves leading a team of brilliant professionals who are technologists at heart. My daily task is to effectively prioritize my time and activities to manage projects to completion.

What is your favorite aspect of the job?

The best part of the job is nurturing a productive and process-oriented team, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm, and fostering an environment where collaboration is the norm.

How would you describe yourself as a member of the team?

It’s hard not to use a cliché, but I like to lead by example. I take pride in the quality of work we produce. My management style is direct, unfiltered straight-talk and I try to remain approachable to everyone. I empower team members and coach them on how to be strategic when making decisions.

What do you think is special about FGS Global?

FGS Global is a ground-floor opportunity. Partaking in the development of FGS Global from the beginning is special.

How did you begin your career in the industry?

I began my career as an Office Clerk and Wang System Administrator. I joined Arthur Andersen in 1989 as IT Operations Administrator and became Manager of Network Operations and Infrastructure for the New York market circle. I was an Associate Director of Technology Operations at Weil, Gotshal, and Manges LLP before moving to Sard Verbinnen & Co., where I was the Managing Director and CIO. I was given the opportunity to continue my leadership role at FGS Global.
